Fuel policy is full to full – Refill charged at 15p per litre above the pump price on the day of refill. The above rates are for use in the British Isles only – Separate rates apply for Ireland, Europe etc. Additional Items Extra Drivers - £1.95 per day Child Seat - £4.95 per day Sack Trucks - £4.00 per Hire All additional item prices are net of VAT Insurance All prices include Fully Comprehensive Insurance, but do not include contents, punctures, door mirror damage or damage sustained through driving through Wildlife Parks (e.g. Longleat Safari Park). Insurance excess is £1000 which is reduced to £200 by payment of Collision Damage Waiver. Collision Damage Waiver does not cover impact damage with stationery objects. All Vans and Trucks are not covered by insurance for damage above cab height. Age Restrictions Minimum age 25 – Maximum 70. Drivers must have held a full driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months. Drivers must be over 25 to hire Minibuses and 7.5t vehicles and will also require the correct driving licence entitlement. 21 – 25 year olds will be subject to specific insurance terms and must have held a Full licence for at least two years. Smoking All Vehicles are designated as non-smoking, any fines are the liability of the hirer Driving Licence For each hire a valid driving licence (including the counterpart, if photo licence.) Must be produced by all drivers. Please disclose any endorsements at the time of booking. Most overseas driving licences are accepted from Non British residents, but must be accompanied by a valid passport and proof of temporary residence for the period of hire. Hire Period The normal booked hire period is on an 08:30am to 08:30 am basis. Weekend rate runs from 5 PM on a Friday until 8.30 AM on a Monday. Various local branch changes may occur. Deposits A Deposit of £100 plus the Cost of Hire is required upon hiring of vehicle when paying by credit card. For debit card payments a deposit of £200 plus the Cost of Hire is required.
